AgNext Technologies, a Chandigarh, Punjab, India-based agritech DLT company, received an investment from THG.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With this investment, THG joined AgNext’s recent financing round led by Novo Holdings.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.
Led by CEOand Founder Taranjeet Bhamra, AgNext Technologies is an agritech company dedicated to improving food quality assessment along the agricultural value chain. Through its integrated platform for portable food quality evaluations, it is empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions that drive sustainability and efficiency within the agricultural ecosystem.
The company has operations spanning India, Europe, the Middle East, and the USA.
Following its Series A funding in 2021, of $21M led by Alpha Wave Incubation (AWI), AgNext opened its first international office in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
