1NCE Raises USD$60M in Funding

1NCE, a Cologne, Germany-based provider of IoT software and connectivity platform, raised USD$60M in funding.

Since 2017, 1NCE has raised the equivalent of $160M USD from investors from five countries. Its list of investors to date now includes Deutsche Telekom, iSquared Capital, Kensington Capital Partners, SoftBank Corp., Vicenda Group, and Founder Alexander P. Sator.

The company intends to use the funds to continue its global expansion, which started in 2022 with a focus on the United States, APAC and LATAM, and further grow its presence in the United States.

Led by CEO Ivo Rook, 1NCE provides a software platform for connected products to more than 24,000 customers managing 30 million devices across 170+ countries. It enables customers to collect device data and turn it into actionable intelligence, and accelerates time-to-market for data collection projects, increasing device lifetime, and allowing efficient management of sensors from initial deployment to the end of the product lifecycle.
