Underdog, a Brooklyn, NY-based sports gaming company, raised $70m in ongoing Series C funding round, which is expected to exceed $100m.

The round was led by Spark Capital. 

The raise valued Underdog at $1.225 billion pre-money.

The funding will primarily allow the company to further invest in creating new products for sports fans in the U.S. and continuing to bring talent.

Founded in 2020, and led by Jeremy Levine, CEO and founder, Underdog is a sports gaming company that offers fantasy sports games, licensed sports betting, and a media network featuring former professional athletes, coaches, analysts, and the fastest breaking news.

The company has nearly four million customers nationwide.
