PetScreening, a Mooresville, NC-based pet policy management software company, raised $80M in Series B funding.
The round was led by Volition Capital and Guidepost Growth Equity.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to grow its market presence, build its team and bring innovative products focused on maximizing pet- and assistance animal-related compliance to market.
Led by CEO and Founder John Bradford, PetScreening helps housing providers manage residents’ pets and assistance animals for free while generating opportunities for pet-related revenue. The digital screening platform standardizes risk-assessment for household pets by providing a digital Pet Profile and FIDO Score® for each pet screened. It also streamlines the assistance animal accommodation request review process while following HUD guidelines, and helps limit unauthorized pets. The platform integrates with third-party software such as Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, ResMan, Rent Manager, Appfolio, Buildium and many more.
PetScreening currently has more than 135 employees and occupies 32,000 square feet of modern, pet-friendly office space in Mooresville, N.C.
