elea, a Hamburg, Germany-based company providing an immersive AI platform for healthcare professionals that provide life-saving diagnoses and care, raised €4M in funding.
Backers included Fly Ventures and Giant Ventures, MVZ (Medizinische Versorgungszentrum) hospital groups.
The company intends to use the funds to continue scaling the platform, widen reach, and expand into new departments
Founded by Dr. Christoph Schröder (CEO), Dr Sebastian Casu (CMO), Tobias Lygren and Stephan Frank, elea is a provider of a voice-powered workflow platform that underpins the healthcare systems professionals use each day. Optimised for mobile and always on hand, elea can cut diagnosis times to hours and free clinicians from admin to focus on their patients. It autonomously switches between systems, adapts to commands, and anticipates tasks – from drafting diagnoses to generating reports – with speed, context, and accuracy.
One of Germany’s largest hospital groups use elea to process 70,000+ cases a year.
