DG Matrix, a Raleigh, NC-based developer of a power router platform, raised $20M in funding.
The round was led by Clean Energy Ventures with participation from industry leaders ABB, Cerberus Ventures, Chevron Technology Ventures; and Piedmont Capital. The round, combined with earlier non-dilutive funding, brings DG Matrixās total funding to nearly $30m. Following the financing, Vlatko Vlatkovic, Clean Energy Venturesā Venture Partner and former CTO of GE Power Conversion, will join the DG Matrix Board of Directors.

Led by CEO Haroon Inam, DG Matrix provides a power router platform that delivers flexible solutions to enhance energy performance while alleviating grid constraints and reducing energy costs. The solution integrates multiple AC and DC energy sources and loads simultaneously replacing 10-20 electrical systems.
The company is engaged with customers across multiple market segments and has a pipeline with tens of millions in purchase orders for 2025 and 2026.
