Clio, a Dublin, Ireland-based cloud-based legal technology company, acquired ShareDo, a Manchester, UK-based provider of an adaptive work management platform.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Clio now offers a fully comprehensive solution for law firms of all sizes. ShareDo’s CEO and Founder, Ben Nicholson, will take the position of General Manager, ShareDo, ensuring continuity and expansion of services for customers and prospects.
Founded in 2011, ShareDo provides mid-market law firms with case and matter management software designed to streamline work processes, enhance efficiency, and maximise profitability. It serves law firms in the UK, in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Led by Jack Newton, CEO, Clio is a provider of cloud-based legal technology, offering lawyers with low-barrier, affordable solutions to manage and grow their firms more effectively, more profitably, and with better client experiences.
