TeamSystem, a Pesaro, Italy-based technology company advancing business management solutions for SMEs and professionals, acquired Golden Soft and Clémentine.
Founded in Madrid in 1985, Golden Soft provides a comprehensive range of accounting, payroll and business management solutions for accountants, independent contractors and SMEs. The company serves around 4,000 customers, including 600 professional firms, and recorded revenues of 2.7M euros in 2024.
Established in France in 2012, Clémentine provides customers with an AI-powered, proprietary platform for the management of business, accounting and governance processes. It has a team of nearly 200 professionals and a customer base of approximately 10,000 users.
With the addition of these two businesses, TeamSystem will consolidate its role as a technology player for the digitalisation of businesses and professionals in Europe.
Led by CEO Federico Leproux, TeamSystem is a technology company providing business management solutions for SMEs and professionals. The group accompanies its customers in the digital transformation of the entire supply chain with a series of solutions, some of which based on AI technologies, for business management, eCommerce and marketing automation.
