StackAdapt, a Toronto, Canada-based provider of a multi-channel programmatic advertising platform, raised $235M in funding.

The round was led by Teachers’ Venture Growth (TVG), with participation from Intrepid Growth Partners, and four other investors.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.

Founded in 2014 by Vitaly Pecherskiy, Yang Han, and Ildar Shar, StackAdapt is a multi-channel programmatic advertising platform used by brands and agencies around the world. It combines machine learning with a user interface to provide marketers with a new way to plan, execute, and drive the performance across all devices, inventory, and publishing partners.

This latest round followed the $300M USD investment made by Summit Partners in 2022 and brought StackAdapt’s total investment to over $500M USD.
