EvidenceHunt, an Amsterdam, the Netherlands-based provider of an AI-powered medical research platform, raised €1.2M in funding.

The round was led by Keen Venture Partners, Dff.ventures and Slimmer AI with participation from angel investors, including Jeroen Tas (former Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at Philips), Dinko Valerio (former CEO and Founder Crucell), and James Shannon (former Head of Global Drug Development Novartis).

The company intends to use the funds to extend its capabilities, enabling teams and organizations to process medical information.

Led by CEO Philippe Habets, EvidenceHunt provides an AI-powered medical research platform that allows professionals to pinpoint, analyze, and utilize evidence. Users can ask questions and receive clear, summarized answers within seconds, complete with cited sources and trackable details for instant verification of how the AI has generated its answers.
