Progressive Robotics, a Thessaloniki, Greece-based robotics company, raised €1.55M in Seed funding.
The round was led by Marathon Venture Capital with participation from existing investors Genesis Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to enhance product development, scale operations, and accelerate international growth.
Led by CEO Fotis Dimeas, Progressive Robotics provides a platform to configure and reprogram robots in minutes without the need for technical expertise. Its software reduces costs and optimize flexibility, allowing SMEs to benefit from the same efficiencies as large enterprises.
The company, which has also partnered with robotic OEMs, including ABB Robotics, Elite Robots, and Schmalz, ensuring seamless hardware integration, has already implemented its solutions in multiple industries, including food production and logistics.
