Netradyne, a San Diego, CA-based SaaS provider of artificial intelligence (AI) and edge computing solutions, raised $90M Series D funding.

The round was led by Point72 Private Investments with participation from Qualcomm Ventures and Pavilion Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its growth trajectory through strategic investment in R&D, enhanced go-to-market investments, and global expansion.

Founded in 2015 by Avneesh Agrawal (CEO) and David Julian (CTO), Netradyne is a provider of AI-powered fleet safety and video telematics solutions. Its flagship product, Driverā€¢i, delivers HD video safety technology empowered by advanced AI.

Netradyne has over 800 employees globally in offices in San Francisco and Bangalore, India, and serves customers across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Germany, the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, and India.
