Orbus Software, a NYC-based global provider of enterprise transformation software, acquired Capsifi, a Sydney, Australia-based provider of business architecture solutions.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

Built on a philosophy of customer-centricity and innovation, the platform provides a view of organizational transformation, combining live data insights with strategic modeling to help enterprises achieve agility, resilience, and sustainable growth.
Led by CEO Gareth Burton, Orbus Software provides an enterprise transformation platform, OrbusInfinity, that enables enterprises to generate a ‘digital blueprint’ of their organization. It allows users to visualize and take control of their IT portfolios and process landscapes and align technology investments with strategic transformation initiatives to reduce costs and risk, increase efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
The acquisition further enhances Orbus Software’s footprint as a global SaaS business, with approximately 300 employees working from offices in New York, London, Dubai, Sydney, Singapore and Katowice, and serving around 700 customers across more than 50 countries. Customers include Alaska Airlines, Asics, Autozone, City of Gold Coast, IMB Bank, OneAmerica Financial, The AA, Three UK, UPS, Wintrust Financial, and Zurich Cantonal Bank.
Capsifi strengthens Orbus Software’s global reach with its APAC-focused expertise. Serving clients across the APAC region, the US, and Europe, Capsifi will reinforce Orbus’s extensive industry experience in key sectors, including insurance, financial services, retail and manufacturing, government, and healthcare.
