Insider, a NYC-based AI-native omnichannel experience and customer engagement platform, raised $500m in Series E funding.
The round was led by General Atlantic. As part of the transaction, Sascha Guenther, Alex Crisses, and Christopher Apfel, Vice President at General Atlantic, will join the Insider Board of Directors.
Insider plans to use the funds to further develop its marketing software offering, invest in research and development, focusing on expanding and evolving its AI solutions, and scale its talent base and geographic footprint.
