Mako Networks, a Chicago, IL-based provider of cloud-managed networks for distributed enterprises, acquired Traverse Technologies, an Australia-based supplier and development partner providing a PCB-level development of components and hardware devices.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
This acquisition will enhance Mako Networks’ commitment to innovation and expands its capacity to deliver network solutions to customers around the world.
Traverse Technologies provides PCB-level development of components and hardware devices enabling secure networking, including 5G capable routers, secure IoT gateway appliances and network firewalls.
Led by CEO Jason Kubasak, Mako Networks develops technology to deliver PCI-certified networks to distributed enterprises, such as gas stations, convenience stores, retail chains, quick-serve restaurants, health clinics and more.
