ClinicalMind Acquires Sensified


ClinicalMind (CM), a NYC-based healthcare marketing and communications agency, acquired Sensified, a Raleigh, NC-based insight-driven healthcare communications company.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

This strategic move combines CM’s broad expertise in medical communications and training with Sensified’s strategy, content, and engagement capabilities across commercial, medical, and patient advocacy clients.

Founded by industry leader Courtney Kaprelian, Sensified is a healthcare communications company who offers expertise in providing solutions to commercial, medical and patient advocacy stakeholders across a multitude of therapeutic areas. Its established network and collaborations in life science communications will now be channeled to enhance CM’s comprehensive offerings, from KOL engagement to innovative product launches and the deployment of digital health technologies for better market engagement.
