Intel 471, a Wilmington, DE-based provider of cyber threat intelligence (CTI) solutions, acquired Cyborg Security, an Orlando, Florida-based company that provides organizations with advanced threat hunting capabilities and expertise.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The combination of Cyborg Security with Intel 471 delivers advanced behavioral detections and insight into the threat actor landscape.

Led by CEO Jason Passwaters, Intel 471 empowers enterprises, government agencies, and other organizations to use near-real-time insights into the latest malicious actors, relationships, threat patterns, and imminent attacks relevant to their businesses. Its TITAN platform collects, interprets, structures, and validates human-led, automation-enhanced results.
