CRMBonus, a São Paulo, Brazil-based provider of a marketing automation platform, raised $75M in Series B funding.
The round was led by BOND with participation from Valor Capital and other prominent investors.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand its platform.
Led by Alexandre Zolko, Luiz Fernando Dias Guedes, and Eduardo Vieira, CRMBonus provides a marketing automation platform giving retailers a novel ‘giftback’ solution to generate long-term customer loyalty. The software suite currently spans customer acquisition, engagement, and retention solutions, leveraging its data ecosystem and AI technology to enhance its platform capabilities for both brands and customers.
In 2021, Softbank, Riverwood, Igah, and Volpe became partners in the company by contributing R$ 280M in a Series A round. Since then, the company has made four acquisitions, has nearly 400 employees, and started 2024 with R$ 200M in revenue already contracted for the year. Its solutions are adopted by 3,000 brands and have reached more than 100 million Brazilians.
