The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Led by CEO John Taylor, Identifid has developed patented technology that aims to enable organizations to combat transaction fraud in person and online.
With the acquisition, Identifid brings the patented technology that links individuals to the transactions they are conducting – not the ID they are presenting, to X2Engine.
