Xergy Raises £3.1M in Series A Funding

Xergy, an Aberdeen, Scotland, UK-based technology company providing a work solution for project management, raised £3.1M in Series A funding.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.

Backers were not disclosed.

Led by James McCallum and Colin Manson, Xergy provides a work solution for project management. Its software platform, Proteus, is a feature-rich project management tool used by multiple organisations to support digital transformation and improve project delivery, including significant energy sector clients in the UK and engineering companies around the world. Proteus manages everything in one place, allowing users to create project plans, convert them into working projects, manage people, resources, and time, as well as track and monitor all financials. Proteus integrates with third-party software tools and databases providing a single source of information and moving project teams away from disconnected, error-prone, siloed spreadsheets.

With offices in Aberdeen, Broughty Ferry, Dubai, and Perth, Australia, the company employs 34 people.
