Overflow, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of financial solutions for churches, nonprofits and donors, closed its $20m Series B funding round.

Wesleyan Investment Foundation led the strategic round joined by existing investors including Uncork, R7 and TheGP.

The company intends to use the funds to scale its business reach.

Led by Vance Roush, Founder and CEO, Overflow provides churches and nonprofits with a platform making it easy for their donors to give stock, cryptocurrency, and other non-cash assets. The system now boasts a comprehensive giving solution in the industry including ACH, Card, Stock, DAF, Wills, Crypto, Apple Pay, Venmo, CashApp, Google Pay and PayPal giving all through one ‘easy button’ integration. Overflow launched in 2020 and has since attracted over 450 of the top nonprofits & churches in the world to its platform including the Golden State Warriors Community Foundation, Church of the Highlands, VOUS, Zoe Church, The Belonging Co, VIVE, Reality SF, and Convoy of Hope.
