Conscia, a Brøndby, Denmark-based provider of IT infrastructure within networking, cybersecurity and cloud solutions, acquired ITGL, a Portsmouth, UK-based digital transformation provider.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will see ITGL clients benefit from bolstered cybersecurity solutions and enhanced managed service offerings to support their complex network and cloud infrastructures.
Led by CEO Neil Pemberton, ITGL is a digital transformation provider and Cisco Gold Partner that designs and delivers solutions that drive operational efficiency. The company employs 70+ people across sites in Portsmouth and Oxford.
Led by Erik Bertman, CEO, Conscia provides IT infrastructure solutions and cybersecurity services. It delivers solutions and 24-7 managed services to customers with complex network, data center, cloud, IoT, and mobility requirements and offers technical competencies and insight and support its customers’ business-critical technology systems across the entire lifecycle of their technological ecosystem, from design and implementation to operation and optimization.
Founded in 2003, Conscia is owned by private equity investor Nordic Capital and is serving numerous large organizations in finance, healthcare, manufacturing, utilities, retail, and the public sector from offices in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany, the Netherlands, and Slovenia.
