Palo Alto Networks (NASDAQ: PANW), a Santa Clara, CA-based global cybersecurity company, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Talon Cyber Security, a Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel-based Enterprise Browser technology company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Talon’s Enterprise Browser solution, when combined with Prisma® Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), will enable users to securely access business applications from any device, including mobile and other non-corporate devices, while delivering seamless user experiences.
