Intevity Acquires Techabo


Intevity, a Boston, MA-based digital technology consultancy company, acquired Techabo, a Baltimore, MD-based digital consulting agency.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The purchase will enable Intevity to continue to focus on strategic growth and bring employees with deep knowledge of e-commerce technology systems on board.

Founded by CEO Marcus Penny in 2018, Techabo focuses on e-commerce solutions with expertise in Digital Commerce Enablement, Digital Strategy, Data Integrations, RFP Development, Product Management, Program Management, Project Management, PXM, PIM, DAM, and CMS. The company has experience in the apparel and beverage alcohol industries working with companies listed in the Fortune 500 and 1000 list. Techabo has implemented e-commerce platforms including Salsify, ChannelAdvisor and Shopify and has a track record of helping clients understand, implement, and manage these systems to optimize the customer experience.
