airSlate, a Boston, MA-based provider of business productivity and automation solutions, acquired Instapage, a San Francisco, CA-based company which offers scalable solutions that empower marketers to create personalized landing pages.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. Supporting financing was provided by Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), a division of First Citizens Bank.
With the acquisition, airSlate will enhance its market opportunities and expand existing portfolio of business productivity products to include marketing automation solution.
