EquipmentShare Raises Additional $150M in Series E Funding

EquipmentShare, a Columbia, MO-based equipment and digital solutions provider serving the construction industry, raised additional $150M in Series E funding.

The round saw participation from existing and new investors, for a total of $440m in Series E funding in 2022 and 2023.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to invest in the expansion of its US rental footprint and its T3 technology platform.

Led by CEO Jabbok Schlacks, EquipmentShare is a nationwide provider of construction technology and equipment solutions featuring through tools, platforms and data-driven insights. By providing contractors, builders and equipment owners with its proprietary technology, T3, EquipmentShare aims to drive productivity, efficiency and collaboration across the construction sector. The suite includes a fleet management platform, telematics devices and an equipment rental marketplace.

Since its founding in 2015, the company has experienced rapid growth. In 2022, EquipmentShare opened 32 new branch locations, and today its geographic footprint has more than 185 locations across the U.S.
