Ashcroft Capital, a NYC-based multifamily investment firm, received $50M in growth capital from Temerity Strategic Partners (TSP).
The company intends to use the funds to support an estimated $1.5 billion of acquisitions over the next two to three years.
Led by Frank Roessler, Founder and CEO, and Scott Lebenhart, chief investment officer, Ashcroft CapitalĀ is a vertically integrated multifamily investment firm that currently owns and manages 14,000 units ā totalingĀ $2.6 billionĀ in value ā throughout high-growth metros of the Sun Belt. The firm currently owns and, through its Birchstone Residential affiliate, manages apartment communities throughoutĀ Texas,Ā Georgia,Ā FloridaĀ andĀ North Carolina. In addition to its existing markets, the company is looking to expand into such other Sun Belt markets asĀ ArizonaĀ andĀ Tennessee.
