Altos Radar, a San Jose, CA-based automotive radar startup, raised $3.5M in funding.
The round was led by Hesai Technology CEO David (Yifan) Li, ZhenFund and Monad Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to mass-produce and market its new 4D imaging RADAR Altos V1.
Altos Radar is a radar startup committed to developing 4D imaging radars. Altos V1 radar is a production-ready non-FPGA-based, 4-chip cascaded (12TX, 16RX) 4D imaging radar, which offers long-range detection and a point cloud with up to 3,000 points per frame at 10 fps.
