Safe Security, a Palo Alto, CA-based AI-Driven Cyber Risk Management company, acquired RiskLens, the Spokane, WA-based pioneer of the Cyber Risk Quantification standard – FAIR.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The combination of Safe platform’s AI capabilities coupled with the industry standard FAIR model for cyber risk quantification that was pioneered by RiskLens gives enterprises a single shop to address all their cyber risk quantification and management needs and paves a path to comply with impending SEC Cyber Guidelines.
Led by Saket Modi, CEO and Co-founder, Safe Security provides AI-driven cyber risk management platforms. Its real time, data-driven approach empowers enterprise leaders, regulators, and cyber insurance carriers to understand cyber risk in an aggregated and granular manner.
Nick Sanna, formerly CEO of RiskLens, who will join SAFE as the President and will continue to lead the FAIR Institute.
