Million Victories, the Lyon – France-based game development studio behind Million Lords, raised €6m in Series A financing.
The round was led by Eurazeo and Griffin Gaming Partners.
Co-founded in 2017 by Benoît Ducrest and Céline Allary, Million Victories is an independent game studio whose primary focus is creating innovative game experiences that revitalize and revolutionize the MMO genres. The flagship franchise, Million Lords, has become one of the most popular mobile MMORTS (Massively Multiplayer Online Real-Time Strategy) games with close to two million downloads.
The company intends to use the funds to expand the global presence of Million Lords, and grow its offering to players with an all-new upcoming 3D update to the game, along with entirely new games in the future.
