Snowflake (NYSE: SNOW), a Bozeman, Montana-based data cloud company, is to acquire Neeva, a search company founded to make search more intelligent at scale.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition aims to enable Snowflake to leverage Neeva’s tech innovations to bring search and conversation across its Data Cloud to the benefit of its customers, partners and developers.
Led by Sridhar Ramaswamy and Vivek Raghunathan, Neeva created a search experience that leverages generative AI and other innovations to allow users to query and discover data in new ways.
