Signaloid, a London, UK-based provider of a real-time uncertainty quantification platform, raised £3M in Seed funding.
The round was led by IQ Capital, with additional investment from Type One and Creator Fund.
The company intends to use the funds to scale its engineering implementations, allowing it to take on larger customers with both more demanding workloads and with a greater number of applications running on its Compute Engine platform.
Led by Phillip Stanley-Marbell, Founder and CEO, Signaloid provides a computing platform that can run unmodified traditional software, while continually analysing how uncertainties in input data affect every single computation result. Its solutions are used in applications including materials modelling, autonomous systems, computational finance, machine learning, and noisy intermediate-scale quantum computing.
The Signaloid Compute Engine is available to companies to integrate into their cloud-based or on-premises computing infrastructure. Signaloid also provides a Developer Platform, allowing individuals to try out its technology and build their own applications, with several hundred developers already signed up.
