Ownify, a Raleigh, NC-based provider of a fractional homeownership program, $7M in Seed funding.
The round was led by Lobby Capital with participation from Socially Financed, Gaingels and others.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by Frank Rohde, Founder and CEO, Ownify leverages a fractional ownership program to enable customers to buy their homes, owning a 2% equity on day one and continuing to buy their home, brick by brick, building equity with fixed monthly payments for five years. Customers, after five years, own approximately 10% of their home’s equity.
