NAI Group, a Troy, MI-based company which specializes in the engineering and manufacturing of advanced high-performance interconnect solutions for mission-critical industrial technology, medical, and telecommunications applications, acquired KSM Electronics, an electronics manufacturer based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
This acquisition delivers new aerospace & defense capabilities and certifications to NAI, while also strengthening NAI’s position as a interconnect solutions provider for the industrial technology and medical end markets.

It operates manufacturing facilities in Warrenville, Illinois; Guadalajara, Mexico; and Matamoros, Mexico.
