CultureAI Secures £7M in Seed Funding

CultureAI

CultureAI, a London, and Manchester, UK-based provider of a human risk management platform for security and awareness teams, raised £7M in Seed funding.

Backers included Conviction VC, Passion Capital, Senovo, and angel investors Paul Forster, and Guntram Friede.

The company intends to use the funds to improve the platform further and double the size of the team, with a focus on R&D and new GTM strategies.

Led by James Moore, CEO and Founder, CultureAI helps organisations move beyond security awareness training and take a data-driven approach to human risk management that sees employees preventing security incidents rather than creating them. The platform is used by organisations of all sizes to surface employee security behaviour data and use it to drive personalised security coaching, technical interventions and security nudges that help employees fix security risks they create.

The system integrates with an organisation’s existing tech stack to surface actionable employee security behaviour insights. This data drives personalised security awareness coaching to reduce risky behaviours, reinforced by automated technical interventions if the behaviours persist, and security nudges to empower employees to fix their own security risks all in a single click.

To date, CultureAI has helped to manage the security behaviours of more than 250,000 employees across customer organisations. This includes NatWest, Three and Dojo, and more recently Royal Mail Group and business banking platform Tide.
