Thrive Acquires Storagepipe

Thrive, a Foxborough, MA-based provider of cybersecurity, cloud and digital transformation managed services, acquired Storagepipe, a cloud, data protection, managed services and cybersecurity provider based in Toronto, Canada.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

With the acquisition, Thrive will further expand its global presence and will enable Storagepipe clients to leverage Thrive’s managed Cybersecurity and Cloud services, all powered by a proprietary automation platform.

Led by Steven Rodin, CEO and President, Storagepipe offers comprehensive Backup-as-a-Service (BaaS) and Disaster Recovery-as-a-Service (DRaaS) platforms, including Disaster Recovery for VMware and Hyper-V systems and IBM I (AS/400, iSeries). Since 2001, Storagepipe has been a global provider of IT Infrastructure Services with a scalable multi-tenant architecture delivered from data centers in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. The company is a Microsoft Cloud Service Provider with an extensive portfolio of Microsoft 365 services.

Led by CEO Rob Stephenson, Thrive is a provider of managed services designed to drive business outcomes through application enablement and optimization.
