Seenons, an Amsterdam, Netherlands-based provider of a tech-platform enabling the circular economy, raised €10M in funding.
Backers included Invest-NL, CapitalT., Tablomonto, Swiss Post and Shamrock Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to further develop its circular platform.
Led by CEO Joost Kamermans, and CTO Martin Kayser, Seenons is an independent tech-platform that enables a waste company to make money by actually reducing waste, without stranded assets or vested interests. The platform connects all the players in the waste chain; organisations who separate waste, logistics companies that transport the waste and processors and producers who use waste to create valuable new materials and products.
In 4 years, Seenons has grown to an international company with more than 75 employees.
