Doctrine, a Paris, France-based provider of legal intelligence solutions, received a majority growth investment from Summit Partners and Peugeot Invest.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the proceeds from the investment to expand operations and its business reach.
Founded in 2016 and led by Guillaume Carrère, CEO, Doctrine provides a legal intelligence platform that aggregates, contextualizes and automates the processing of legal information to empower legal professionals to conduct accurate and efficient search and save time, limit errors and focus on higher value-add tasks. The platform includes a search engine, a document analyzer module, real-time monitoring and alerts on any changes in legislation or case law, and a folder functionality to save references and build cases.
The company serves more than 11,000 clients.
