Apogee, a Maidstone, UK-based multi-brand provider of managed workplace services, acquired Argon Business Systems, a multi-discipline technology services provider in the Isle of Man.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
This is Apogee’s third acquisition since announcing its change of ownership to HP in 2018. Combined with its Microsoft-certified staff and its experience delivering services within both the print and IT environment, this further supports Apogee’s venture into Managed IT Services.
Originally formed in 1983, and led by Iain Fairbairn, CEO, Argon is a multi-discipline technology services provider in the Isle of Man, predominantly providing IT-based services, whilst also having MPS (Managed Print Services) and other PS (Professional Services) capabilities. The company supports the needs of organizations operating in both the Private and Public sectors.
Led by Aurelio Maruggi, CEO, Apogee is a multi-brand provider of managed workplace services giving clients access to a combination of print, document and IT services to create a secure and flexible workplace.
