Venti Technologies Raises $28.8M in Series A Funding

Venti Technologies, a Boston, MA and Singapore-based company providing autonomous logistics for supply chain and industrial hubs, raised $28.8M in Series A funding.

The round was led by LG Technology Ventures, the Silicon Valley-based venture capital arm of the LG Group, with participation from Safar Partners, UOB Venture Management, and existing investors Alpha JWC and LDV Partners.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its growth and expand its reach worldwide.

Founded in 2028 by CEO Heidi Wyle, Venti Technologies provides autonomous logistics for global supply chain and industrial hubs including ports, airports, warehouses, factories and depots. The company is focused on transportation for moving goods and operates via industrial grade precision technology that enables rapid deployment and safety and operational efficiency for customers.

Venti was founded in 2018 by a team with MIT roots, including Dr. Heidi Wyle, Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Xinxin Du, and MIT electrical engineering and computer science professors Daniela Rus, Director, Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) and MacArthur Fellow, and Saman Amarasinghe.
