Tritium Partners Secures $684M for Third Private Equity Fund

Tritium Partners, an Austin, TX-based private equity firm investing in growth companies in the lower middle market, raised $684M for its third fund.

Investors included retirement systems, private pension plans, university endowments, foundations, diversified financial institutions and insurance companies.

Founded in 2013 and led by Managing Partners Matt Bowman, Philip Siegel, and David Lack, Tritium Partners is a private equity firm focused on technology and services companies with exceptional growth potential.
