Tofane Global, a Paris, France-based communications solutions group, acquired DIMOCO Messaging, a SMS aggregator based in Liechtenstein and Austria.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Tofane’s subsidiary iBASIS accelerates its growth, doubling mobile services revenues to reach 20% of the company’s total revenues. iBASIS geographically expands its global commercial presence with DIMOCO Messaging’s offices located in Liechtenstein, Austria, Germany, and Serbia.
Led by Cameron Calof, Managing Director, DIMOCO Messaging provides A2P messaging products enabling its enterprise clients to communicate to their customers on a global scale. The company leverages its relationships with Mobile Network Operators, CPaaS and in-country partners to offer clients direct connectivity, allowing them to optimize communication with its customers and employees seamlessly.
