CRISPR QC Closes $1.6M Seed Funding Round


CRISPR QC, a San Diego, CA-based provider of a gene editing analytics Platform, raised $1.6M in Seed funding.

The round was led by Serra Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to advance commercial development of the platform and to further enhance data analytics capabilities.

Led by CEO Ross Bundy, CRISPR QC provides an analytics platform that provides a new approach to data and analytics to CRISPR gene editing that allows their partners to accelerate product development. The platform is built on CRISPR-Chip, which is capable of directly measuring CRISPR activity.
