CloseFactor Raises $15M in Series A Funding


CloseFactor, a Palo Alto, CA-based provider of a go-to-market operating system for revenue teams, raised $15M in Series A funding.

The round was led by Vertex Ventures and Sequoia Capital with participation from GTMFund and Neythri Futures Fund. The Series A brings its total funding to $20M.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and expand operations.

Founded in 2020 by B2B technology veterans Leena JoshiBen Cheung, and Erik Buchanan, CloseFactor is a provider of an operating system for revenue teams. Using machine learning to automatically curate unstructured information about companies and extract meaningful insights that go-to-market teams can act on, the solution identifies best customers, empowering sales and marketing teams to hit their goals.

CloseFactor has companies like Zuora, LaunchDarkly, Turing, Chronosphere, and Alteryx using its platform.
