Well iQ, a San Diego, CA-based provider of an online patient engagement platform, raised an undisclosed amount in Series A funding.
The round was led by Western New York Venture Association/Buffalo Angels. Well iQ has also added two physician Advisors/Investors to the Board of Directors: Dr. Jason M.Matuszak and Dr. Nicholas Violante of Excelsior Orthopedics.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its client base and create additional integrations with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
