Giraffe360, a London, UK-based real estate camera startup, raised $16M in funding.
The round was led by Founders Fund with participation from LAUNCHub Ventures, Hoxton Ventures, HCVC and Change Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and expand development efforts and business reach.
Giraffe360 provides a camera that allows developers to create a 360-degree virtual tour of their real estate. Built-in with Lidar laser technology that creates floor plans with 98%+ accuracy without professional assistance, the camera simplifies viewings for agents and enhances quality for buyers. Giraffe360 works great in large rooms, as well as tiny ones, in gardens and industrial spaces.
The company sells its product as a subscription package, which combines access to the camera, an image processing platform, and cloud storage solutions. The company, which currently works with over 1000 brands in 30 countries to create listing content, has offices in London and Manchester in UK and Riga, and Liepāja, in Latvia.
