BetterManager Raises $16M in Series A Funding


BetterManager, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a virtual leadership development platform, raised $16M in Series A funding.

The round was led by Education Growth Partners, with participation from Polar Capital Group.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its efforts to scale its platform.

Led by CEO Stéphane Panier and president and COO John Topping, BetterMenager provides a solution that prepares managers at every level to lead through an evidenced-based combination of virtual Coaching, Group Skills Training, Actionable Assessments, and E-Learning. Since its founding in 2017, the company has supported the growth and development of people leaders–from new managers to senior executives–at over 200 organizations around the world through a combination of 1:1 executive-level coaching, collaborative group learning models (e.g. group coaching and training), practical e-learning tools, and actionable assessments.
