The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth initiatives, including expanding product offerings, core services, and strategic acquisitions.
Led by CEO Samir Zabaneh, TouchBistro provides a restaurant management system offering comprehensive services, including POS and customer engagement solutions on a single platform. The company helps restaurateurs streamline and simplify their operations, increase sales, and deliver a great guest experience. The platform now incorporates online ordering, delivery management, contactless payments, and other customer engagement tools.
TouchBistro is deployed in more than 16,000 restaurants located in over 100 countries with a combined gross sales volume of over $14 billion.
