Rivalry Tech Closes $3.5M Funding Round

Rivalry Tech, a Houston, TX-based SaaS startup that has developed mobile ordering platforms, raised $3.5M in funding.

The round was led by Sightcast, with participation from Softeq Venture Studio and Rice University’s Valhalla Investment Group.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand its ongoing sports and entertainment platform, sEATz, into healthcare, leisure, and business dining, and increase personnel and support.

Led by CEO Aaron Knape and Co-Founder Marshall Law, Rivalry Tech creates mobile ordering solutions across the hospitality industry. The flagship platform, sEATz, is developed for sports and entertainment venues and has been a proven partner at stadiums and venues across the USA. The company expanded the proven mobile ordering technology and best practices to develop myEATz, a mobile ordering platform that supports daily operations at facilities in healthcare, business dining, and leisure industries.
