Ramp Network Raises $70M in Series B Funding

Ramp Network, a London, UK-based payment infrastructure startup for crypto, raised $70M in Series B funding.

The round, which brings the total raised by Ramp to $122.7m over the past 12 months alone, co-led by Mubadala Capital and Korelya Capital, with participation from Balderton Capital and Cogito Capital. Following this investment round, Mubadala Capital’s Frederic Lardieg joins the company’s board as a director. Likewise, Paul Degueuse, partner at Korelya Capital, joins the Ramp board as an observer. 

The company intends to use the funds to invest further into its product line, add local fiat currencies and payment methods, expand into new territories, and continue to hire talent.

Founded in 2018 by Sypniewicz and Przemek Kowalczyk, Ramp Network is a startup that offers payment infrastructure to connect crypto and traditional finance. It allow users to buy crypto without leaving their dApp or wallet, and enables companies to increase conversion and be ready for their next users.
